How It Works
Create Advance Order
Select "Advance Order" as the order type. Enter the scheduled date and time for delivery or pickup. Add customer details including name, phone, and address if delivery is needed.
Add Items and Collect Advance
Add all ordered items with quantities, variants, and special instructions. Calculate the total and collect an advance payment. The system records the advance amount and calculates the balance due.
Kitchen Preparation
Advance orders appear in the kitchen queue on the scheduled date. KOTs are generated with clear "ADVANCE ORDER" labels and the promised delivery time. The kitchen can start prep at the right time.
Delivery and Final Settlement
On the scheduled date, deliver or hand over the order. Collect the remaining balance. The order is marked complete with full payment recorded. A GST-compliant final invoice is generated.
